About

David "DJ O.G.ONE" Jackson is more than a DJ — he is a cultural architect, a movement-maker, and one of the most trusted names in leadership through entertainment. Born and raised with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, O.G.ONE built his career from the ground up, earning a reputation as the DJ who doesn't just play music — he moves people, moves culture, and leaves legacies.

As the Official DJ of the Portland Trail Blazers for 20+ years, O.G.ONE has been the sonic heartbeat of the Rose Garden and Moda Center — electrifying arenas of 20,000 night after night. His presence on the court has made him one of the most recognizable figures in Portland sports culture, a constant thread connecting the team to its city.

A Governor Board Member of the Recording Academy Pacific Northwest Chapter — the institution behind the Grammy® Awards — O.G.ONE sits at the intersection of music industry leadership and community advocacy. He has performed at and around the Grammy® Awards stage, cementing his place among the elite of the entertainment world.

O.G.ONE is the visionary founder of Portland Hip Hop Week (now Beaverton / Multnomah County Hip Hop Week), an annual celebration that has grown into one of the Pacific Northwest's most important cultural events — spotlighting local artists, building community, and honoring the legacy of hip-hop. He is also the founder of One God Productions Inc., his independent entertainment company that has produced thousands of events across the country.

Together with Co-Founder Eldridge J Broussard III, O.G.ONE created Leadertainment™ — a groundbreaking system that merges entertainment and leadership into a blueprint for influence, performance, and culture. His framework B.E. F.L.U.I.D.™ (Faith, Love, Unwavering, Intentional, Determined), paired with Broussard's Noise Off / Power On™, has transformed from a personal mantra into a scalable training system for executives, athletes, creatives, and communities worldwide.

As founder of the Leadertainment Foundation, a nonprofit organization, O.G.ONE transforms arenas into classrooms — empowering underserved youth and communities with Grammy®-level leadership training. His life's work proves that influence is not about clout, performance is not about fame, and culture is not about trends. It's about legacy.
